What began as a vision is today an internationally networked company with a clear stance: MS Marine stands for quality, reliability, and strong partnerships – on the water and beyond.

Company founder Milan Sterk has built an enterprise over decades that is now among the world’s leading manufacturers of aluminum RIBs and foldable boats. Through his close cooperation with ZAR Formenti, the house brand ZAR mini was born – a brand that today stands globally for innovation, design, and reliability.

But Milan Sterk looked further: as the RIB portfolio reached near-completion, he decided to bring a new class of boats to life – sporty, high-end, and uncompromising in quality and performance. This was the birth of STERK Yachts – a bold step, driven by a team of specialists who used their experience, technology, and passion to develop one of the best and safest GRP sports boats on the market.

Today, we are a dedicated core team of around 15 employees at our location in Postbauer-Heng, Germany. Yet our network is far larger: numerous partners, freelance developers, designers, and international dealers work daily to make our brands successful worldwide.
